• Submitting this request form does not guarantee a reservation. Please check your email for a confirmation from Stage 7.

• Room assignments are based on the actual number of attendees and room availability.

• For Friday and Saturday reservations, at least 80% of the reserved party must be present at the reservation start time for check-in.

• If you are running late, please call us. Reservations may be considered canceled after 15 minutes if we have not heard from you.
